1. Corporate Agreement & Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and QAULIUM AI PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “Qaulium AI”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered corporate office in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our websites (qauliumai.com), developer previews, software, APIs, and the Uncertainty Hub (unh.qauliumai.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Uncertainty Hub & Developer Access

Access to Qaulium AI platforms, software toolchains, and the Uncertainty Hub is provided subject to the following rules:

• Registration & Credentials: You must provide truthful, complete, and verifiable details during account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access tokens, cryptographic keys, or account credentials.
• Service Evolution: Uncertainty Hub and quantum software modules represent active deep-tech engineering and may undergo regular optimization, interface updates, and scheduled maintenance.

3. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to utilize our platforms solely for legitimate scientific research, commercial design, academic simulation, and computational exploration. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the proprietary algorithmic source code of our quantum simulation engine or kernel compilers.
• Deploy automated denial-of-service (DDoS) tools, vulnerability scanners, or unauthorized crawlers against platform infrastructure.
• Circumvent account quotas, concurrency thresholds, or resource allocation limits established for developer and preview tiers.

4. Intellectual Property & Algorithm Ownership

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, user interfaces, documentation, visual designs, and software frameworks created by Qaulium AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of QAULIUM AI PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All platforms, APIs, software, and Uncertainty Hub features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Quantum computing environments involve experimental stochastic models and simulation parameters.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, QAULIUM AI PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, engineers, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your access or inability to access the platform.
